3.2 Beautifully Broken

Bill after leaving the old ladies house and in the middle of Mississippi County is being attacked by a pack of wolves – not ordinary wolves but werewolves. The situation he is in smells a lot of blood. So after a semi splatter fight seems that the weres are nothing more than little puppies.

It is then by when the king of Mississippi arrives at the scenery. Russell Edgington seems to have the control over the werewolves and gets really upset when he finds out how they miss treaded his guest. Bill is taken to Russell’s place.

It is there where Bill is being proposed to stop working for the Queen and join under his command. Somehow it is believed that Bill is the key – the only “person” that can help him with his plans to gain more power and territory. Suddenly, Vile Lorena appears and Bill being outraged is throwing her something like candle setting her on fire and spoiling a magnificent evening.

Meanwhile, Sookie is trying to persuade Eric to help her with the kidnap. Later on, we find out that Eric knows a lot about the werewolves ‘cause he had fought them during WW2 along with Godrig.

For an unexplainable reason Eric, confess all to Sookie about the past. In the next scene a werewolf appears at Sookie’s house and Eric attacks to protect her – an intense scene to until now boring episode.

Finally Sam gets to meet his biological family. His mother and brother are also shapeshifters. After some touching and apologetic moments about the past, his blood brother Tommy invites Sam for a shape-shift walk. After some running around Tommy traps Sam by transforming into a bird leaving him in the middle of the road – almost hit by passing car. I don’t think this family reunion will end up with hugs and kisses.

Bill and Sookie’s romantic storyline is somehow replaced in the series by Hoyt and Jessica’s lovebirds fooling around kind of thing. As we saw in the previous episode Hoyt left some flowers by her door step in attempt to put it all behind and start all over again. I like these guys Jessica fed on Hoyts mother, Hoyt is willing to forgive her (actually he did) and now Jessica is truing to deal with the body of the dead man she fed on and accidentally killed – while keep it secret from Hoyt.
