It’s that time of the season again when I am going to spend my 59,9€ hot euros to buy the title that has been by my side like a dear friend for something more than an decade now.

This is the eleventh edition in the Pro Evolution Soccer series developed by Konami of course. And I as you might have noticed Lionel Messi has been replaced by Ronaldo in the front cover, a change that I don’t like but I will get along.

Like all previous versions PES2012 will be exclusively licensed by UEFA to contain the UEFA Champions League, UEFA Europa League and UEFA Super Cup competitions along with a license from Conmebol to feature the Copa Santander Libertadores.

As for the gameplay it will follow the same steps as PES2011 with some improvements ofcourse. What kinda intrigued me was the artificial intelligence improvement. Now players will play more thoughtfully when defending rather than simply applying pressure. Meaning that when attacking to Barcelona, opportunities for a Goal will be rather few

I can’t wait!
