The Oxford Zombie Map
In a fiery blast of inspiration, The University of Oxford’s Oxford Internet Institute has produced a map of zombie activity around the globe. Or at least, that’s what I thought at first. It turns out that the map merely refers to the locations where people are Googling the word “Zombies”.
Which isn’t the same thing at all.
Missed opportunity all ’round. We really need to be much more prepared for the oncoming zombie pandemic. It could come from Haiti, or China or Greece, or any other non- English speaking country. Think outside the box people. Google “the dead coming back to life and eating our brains” in Spanish, or Mandarin. Or just ask George Romero. He ‘ll know what to do.
Sometimes I wonder why the World Health Organisation people never return my calls.
