Seems like Varg Vikernes has been very productive lately!!! Less than a year after the release of his previous full length ‘Fallen’ and even lesser than the one, of the compilation of re-recorded track, ‘From the depths of darkness’, Burzum announced the release of a new album, scheduled in May 2012 via Byelobog Productions. The album is entitled ‘Umskiptar’ and consists of 11 tracks, 65 minutes of ‘skaldic metal’ , Recorded in the infamous Grieghallenstudio in september 2011. The lyrics of the album are taken from a Norse poem, called ‘Völuspá’.

According to the information released in Burzum’ s official site the track list will be:
